Terms of Service

The terms of service covering your PrepifyLabs account, purchases and subscriptions, refunds, acceptable use of our practice content.

These terms cover your use of PrepifyLabs. By creating an account you accept them.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Accounts are personal: one live exam or lab session is enforced per account, and sharing credentials may lead to suspension.

Purchases and access

What you get, and for how long, depends on what you buy, and the length is stated on the product page and again at checkout before you pay:

• Practice exams are sold as recurring subscriptions over a term you choose. Access continues while the subscription is active.
• Courses are a one-time purchase carrying a fixed license period.
• Bundles are time-boxed over the term you select; the term applies to the exams in the bundle, while courses inside it keep their own license period.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled from your billing portal, and access continues to the end of the period already paid for. The price shown at checkout is what you are charged.

Refunds

Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase, on anything you have not substantially used. A refunded purchase has its access removed at the same time the money is returned.

What counts as used, how to request one, and how long the money takes to arrive are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Our practice content is licensed for your personal study. Copying, scraping, redistributing or reselling question banks, labs or courses is prohibited and will result in termination without refund. Attempting to circumvent exam timing or integrity controls is treated the same way.

Content and availability

We revise content as certification objectives change, and may modify or retire items. Completed results and earned certificates are preserved. The service is provided "as is", without a warranty of uninterrupted availability.

Certificates

Certificates are issued for exams you pass and remain publicly verifiable by their ID. We may revoke a certificate obtained in breach of these terms.

Changes to these terms of service

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the platform, and the effective date at the top of this page will change. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
